| Rush Shipping ? Big nono! Please don't claim my items if you're not patient enough w/ shipment! I'll always let you know before-hand when I book and ship. But do let me know if you're busy on a said date and whether to ship out your items or not! |
| DOPs ? Regarding DOPs it'll always either be Payo, 5 days, or even up to a week. If failed to pay on the given DOP, w/o atleast a notice beforehand, a late payment fee of ₱10 will be charged per day! |
| Cancellations ? Strictly a huge no. Please be 101% sure upon claiming said items, cancellations will cost you 50% of your original payment. Valid reasoning can be excused w/ hard copy of receipts. |
| Refunds ? No unboxing, no refund! Since shipping will be out of my control, please provide receipt that I truly am at fault. (Ex. Poor packaging.) Though refunds will only be 70% of your orders' initial prices. |
Do note that I might also reuse packing materials hence the free/low charge of pf!! This is to avoid wasting them! I encourage you to do so aswell to help the environment!! :D
